Anna Zorzet

I am the Strategic Process Leader at the Centre for Health Crises. In my role, I manage the Centre’s strategic and operational work, with particular responsibility for operations management, strategic planning, funding and more. My work focuses largely on running the Centre’s science-to-policy work and advocacy in the field of health crises.

As Strategic Process Leader, I also work to ensure stability and longetivty in the Centre's work, looking ahead and planning what our activities should lead to.

I am happy to answer any questions about the Centre for Health Crises and our work. I am also an expert in antibiotic resistance and have worked extensively on issues relating to it, with a focus on global advocacy and policy.

Education and professional experience:

- PhD in Medical Microbiology (Mechanisms of Adaptation to Deformylase Inhibitors), Uppsala University

- Master of Science (M.Sc.), Molecular Biotechnology, Uppsala University

Before I started at KI, I was the director of ReAct – Action on Antibiotic Resistance at Uppsala University and I part of setting up the Uppsala Antibiotic Centre (UAC).
