Study Administration Unit

The Study Administration Unit is responsible for the support and further development of Karolinska Institutet’s educational administration systems. The aim is to ensure that Karolinska Institutet’s undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes receive effective, digital administrative support in their day-to-day operations

What we do

The Study Administration Unit provides user support and handles over 4,000 support cases each year in the following systems:

  • Fubas
  • Ladok
  • TimeEdit

We work proactively to ensure that manuals and other instructions are clear and user-friendly. If you need statistics for various annual reviews, we can help you compile them.

We are also responsible for the further development of the systems, for example through the projects “Implementation of Ladok ISP” and “Implementation of scheduling in TimeEdit”.
